Activation Troubleshooting
In most cases, Vocab Clinic® and Verb Clinic® software is able to activate directly over the Internet with no effort from the user other than entering a valid Registration Code. If you have experienced difficulty with activating your product, please read through the following FAQ's where you will find answers to the most common questions.
If you are still unable to activate your product, try activating your product by email.
| The software tells me it is unable to activate my product over the Internet. What do I do? |
| In many cases, the software is prevented from accessing the Internet by a firewall on your computer or on your network. Try adding the Vocab Clinic or Verb Clinic software to your "allowed list" for your firewall, or temporarily de-activating your firewall while you activate the program. Once activated, you may turn your firewall back on again. If you are using the software on a computer that is linked to a larger network, access may be blocked by a network firewall, in which case you will need to contact your network administrator. If this still doesn't work, try activating by web or email. |

| What code do I enter when I am activating the software? |
| For all activations, you use the registration code that came with the software. If you are activating by email, you will also need to send us the activation code that the software generates for you when you click on the "email" option. It usually looks something like this: 000-000-000-000-000-000-000, but with actual numbers instead of zeroes. |

| Where can I find my registration code? |
| If you purchased the CD-ROM version of the software, you will find your registration code on a small white sticker on the inside left flap of the software case. If you purchased your software online, the registration code would have been emailed to you immediately upon purchase of the software. |

| How long does activating by email take? |
| It will take a maximum of two working days for us to respond to you. In many cases it will take less. |

| Do I have to send my activation email from the same computer that I am registering the software on? |
| No, you may send it from any computer. |

| I have used up my two product activations. Can I get more? |
| If you have a legitimate need for further activations, we will be happy to provide you with additional activation privileges at no charge. Please email us at support@kairosit.com, and include your original registration code, the product you would like to get further activation privileges for, and a brief explanation of the reason why you require further activations. |

| The software is telling me that I have exceeded by number of allowed activations, but I am trying to re-install the program on a computer it was already installed on. What do I do? |
